Mercy Smiles International Outreach  (MSIO) is a nonprofit organization set in Texas, United States of America. They work in impoverished regions of India and care for orphans, the poor, destitute widows, and the elderly and nurture the all round development of  leaders in rural sectors; through practical application.

MSIO's highest priority is to proclaim and spread the love of Christ through an extended family of dedicated workers and volunteers who travel and visit places in the jungles, isolated villages, and slums of large cities and those on the lowest levels of human index.
