John 4:23 “True worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.”

Romans 12:1 “Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.”

 

Worshipping God in spirit and truth with our music, thoughts, words and lifestyle is a big part of what we do at Cross Connection. The biblical word “worship” means to show reverence to God. It is an active, adoring response whereby we humble ourselves before God and declare His worth and greatness. God created people to be instruments of worship. At Cross Connection we desire to worship God as He designed us to in our gatherings together and in our daily lives as well. Worship is so much more than just singing songs to God, it should affect every part of our lives as we seek to live for Him and bring Him glory.
